Below are the answers to many of the most common questions. If your questions are not answered here, please visit our facility or contact us and we will get back to you promptly.
What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?
We have many unit sizes to accommodate any of your storage needs. A complete list is available in Sizes & Rates. Click here for our size guide.
Should I make a reservation?
Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the space that you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make an advance reservation.
How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?
The entire move-in process should take 10-15 minutes and can be completed 24 hours at day at our self-serve kiosk. A valid driver's license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit.
How long do I have to sign up for? How much notice must be given when I move out?
We offer month to month leases, meaning no contracts and no long term commitment. We require a 10-day notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of Move-In.
How and when can I make a payment?
Payments can be made 24/7 at the self-serve kiosk, or online if you find it more convenient. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover – you can arrange to have a payment automatically charged to your credit card). After hours drop box available for your convenience.
Do you provide a lock for the storage space? Does anyone else have a key?
You provide your own lock and key so that you are the only one with access to your unit. You may furnish your own lock or purchase a new, sealed lock at our storage office.
Do I need insurance for my belongings?
You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance. We provide new tenants with a brochure from one of these companies. Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility.
What are your hours of operation?
You have access to your belongings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Representatives are available to speak with at the self-serve kiosk between 7am-7pm CST.
Can I purchase boxes and packing supplies at your facility?
We currently sell locks, boxes and other miscellaneous packing supplies at our facility.
What is the difference between drive-up and interior units?
Drive-up units are generally larger and give you the ability to load your belongings directly from your vehicle or truck. Interior units typically experience less temperature fluctuations and are accessed through one of two common doors.
